For over a decade, I’ve helped people see themselves clearly enough to act with confidence, from the front lines of nonprofit service to guiding emerging leaders in some of the most competitive academic and professional environments in the world.

I use research-backed tools and assessments to help individuals and teams understand how they’re wired, why they lead the way they do, and what becomes possible when they align their strengths with action. My coaching is practical, personal, and rooted in the belief that most people are not held back by a lack of talent—they’re held back by a lack of perspective.

Many now lead at Fortune 500 companies and top consulting firms such as Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Citi, Accenture, BCG, and Bain & Company, as well as innovative startups.
